Why My Coaching Is Different


I'm not just a coach ... I'm a transformational coach specializing in mindfulness and nervous system regulation, with over 30 years of experience in yoga and meditation. That means I understand how stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation impact your ability to feel calm and present.

We don't just talk about your problems ... we work with your whole system. We can use mindfulness, breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation (no experience necessary!) to help you return to calm and presence through compassionate coaching and personalized nervous system practices. Some clients love integrating mindfulness, while others like more traditional coaching. Whichever you prefer, we tailor it to what actually works for you.

Plus, unlike typical coaching where you're on your own between sessions, I offer optional text/email support throughout the week, so when you want extra support or reminders, have a question, or hit a roadblock, I'm here.

Why I Do This Work

I'm not just a coach who studied this work; I've lived it! After hitting rock bottom while navigating then-undiagnosed bipolar disorder, I rebuilt my life from the ground up using many of the same practices I share with clients today.

That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to find an inner calm, find my ground in life, and move forward with more presence, even when it feels impossible at first.
