I'm a transformational coach specializing in mindfulness and nervous system regulation. I help adults who feel tense or stuck on autopilot return to calm and presence through compassionate coaching and personalized nervous system practices.
I’m also a registered yoga teacher (ERYT-500) and certified Reiki practitioner, with over 30 years of experience. A descendant of Lahiri Mahasaya (Autobiography of a Yogi, founder of Kriya Yoga), my background in yoga and meditation informs how I coach, offering you extra tools on your path to calm and presence
While my background, certifications, and degree from NYU provide a strong foundation, it's not just my formal training that qualifies me. I've climbed back up from rock bottom, upgraded my life, and learned to thrive with bipolar disorder.
That experience taught me that the right support and nervous system tools can change everything. It's why I bring compassion and zero judgment to every session. I've been in the dark ... and I know the way out. I've been there, and I see you. ♡
When I’m not coaching or teaching yoga, I love spending time with my family, volunteering with animals, being near wildlife, and writing.
