No, meditation and mindfulness do not conflict with religion. It’s not a religion itself or a religious practice. People of any faith, or no faith, can practice it without it affecting their beliefs.

Yes, I received my ERYT-500, ERYT-200, Reiki I and II, yin yoga, and prenatal yoga teaching certificates. I am a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I have been practicing meditation for over 20 years and I'm of Indian descent, so many of my ancestors have been gurus and meditation practitioners as well.

Guided Mindfulness Practice: I lead you through meditation, breathing exercises, or other mindfulness techniques tailored to your needs.

Discussion & Reflection: We talk about what came up during the practice, notice patterns, and explore insights.

Practical Tools & Next Steps: I follow up in writing, giving you personally tailored tips, exercises, or mini-practices to use in daily life before our next session.
